Workflows & forms

Schools run on requests — early pickup, a meeting with a teacher, an admission application. Noora lets you build the form, attach an approval chain to it, and give every approver one queue of what is waiting on them.

My approvals

The queue only shows records where you are the current approver. Three counters split the work: everything waiting on you, records returned to you to fix and resend, and the ones where yours is the final approval.

Plate 38 My approvals, empty. The empty state says why it's empty — records appear here only while you are the current approver.

Custom forms

Forms are built in the office and published to the people who need them — families see published forms in the portal. Each form keeps its author, its creation date and a publish status, so a draft can be prepared without anyone filling it in.

Workflow templates

A template is the approval chain, attached to a form. One form can have several — the default route plus an urgent variant — and each is published independently.

Delegation and notifications live here too

The workflows module also covers delegations, for cover during an absence, and the notification templates that tell people a record is waiting on them.
